Kicking it off in true fashion, I will start with the Worst...
1- I love Jennifer Lawrence, but I have to say I did not love her hair and makeup last night. The makeup was too nude and undone, and the attempted pompadour was a failure and only looked unkempt and frazzled. She on any given day would have looked beautiful, but this look was not up to Oscars par.

2- Moving on to Cate Blanchett, again this look was just too underwhelming to say the least. It seemed as if the "no makeup" makeup look was a trend last night but many looked as if they were literally wearing NO makeup. Cate was one of those culprits. If you are going to attempt this look, you want to have your hair styled in more of a statement style. Cate left the hair down and and it appeared to be only half curled in areas. Again she still looks beautiful and the actual makeup application it's self is flawless, but the look as a whole together just wasn't a winner. Not a fan.

3- Three letters, W-T-F Emma Watson??? I mean I know it was rainy in LA (for once, cry me a river), but Emma's hair was just a mess. From the frizz to the comb over bang, the whole thing was just simply terrible. Her makeup on the other hand was absolutely stunning. She honestly would have been on the BEST list if her hair didn't look so undoubtedly awful. Again, I will choose to give her the benefit of the doubt and just blame the rain. (sidenote: I do not blame the rain)

4- For this beauty offender, to be fair I am never really a fan of her beauty choices. I think that this is mostly because I am just incredibly over her pixy cut. I mean really, how long is Anne Hathaway going to keep this short hair thing going?? She is so beautiful and I get so disappointed when I find her constantly in my worst beauty picks. Her hair just looks like she through some pomade on her hands and then ran them threw her hair wildly. Her makeup isn't terrible but I always look for a little more drama on that face with her hair being so

5- Last on the list for worst is none other than Naomi Watts. This look was probably my least favorite of them all. The hair had a weird "Something about Mary" vibe so I am not entirely sure what they were trying to achieve there ...and the makeup looked worn. Her lipstick also kept visibly fading and smudging. The whole look in general was just confusing and not good. I find myself being more critical of Naomi because she is naturally so beautiful, so I tend to expect more from her glam squad.

Now for the fun part, BEST BEAUTY!!!...
1- As if she didn't have it all already (cough Justin Timberlake cough cough), Jessica Biel looked absolutely amazing last night. I loved everything about her look, from the flowy soft waves and side part, to the subtle pink kissed lips, to the coral cheeks. She looked beautiful and she rocked it out last night!!

2- And the most beautiful looking pregnant woman probably every in the history of the world award goes tooooo... Kerry Washington!!! That is what I call a scandal folks. Kerry looked absolutely flawless on that red carpet last night and I can not rave on her enough. Her deep plum lips were the perfect statement to her soft and flowy bohemian inspired hair. I love that it was pinned half back off of her face to let her makeup truly steal the show. And those cheek bones, they are on a level all on their own. Werk it Olivia Pope!

3- The pregnancy glow must have been the key to looking fabulous last night because Olivia Wilde was one hot mamma to be! Take notes Hollywood. This my friends is the classic way yet again to let one of your features be the statement. Olivia's cat eye was exquisitely done and was the perfect match to her soft nude lips. Her hair was also a hit, pulled softly back off her face in a side chignon. These up do's are hard to pull off when you aren't walking down the bridal isle so kudos to her AND her hair stylist for pulling off this stunning do! I truly could not stop staring at her.

4- No shocker here with the amount of fabulous this mother of 6 brought to the table. Angelina Jolie knocked it out of the beauty park last night. I was happy to see her smiling so much, and if the fact that she looked absolutely beautiful had anything to do with all those smiles then that explains a lot. Her skin was perfectly sun kissed and flawless. I was in love with her bronzed smoky eye, and her soft coral lip had the perfect amount of shine. Her hair was styled to perfection in a simple down do that truly let her face do the talking. She nailed it!

5- Topping my Best list this year was the ever so beautiful Kate Hudson. I mean it isn't hard to make this beauty look amazing but she absolutely took my breath away last night. Her hair and makeup had somewhat of a "old Hollywood" feel to it, with the perfect modern twist. Her deep side part, with the hair pulled all to one side combined with the soft waves was legitimately stunning. She had the ultimate classic smoked out eye with flawless skin and a soft shiny lip. I don't think it could even have been more perfect. A-MAZE-ING Kate!
