Mineral makeup has un mistakenly gotten a pretty bad rep over the years with their heavier appearance and break out tendencies.
While I am not down with any of those side effects (obviously), I must say that I have been hearing great things more frequently with product lines continuously revamping their formulas.
Newer mineral makeups offer coverage and skin care with just a few simple
strokes of the brush. The key is finding a brand that works for you, and I will warn you the ones that work are probably going to be a little pricier. This may be a product you have to dig a little deeper in your pockets for.
Once you've found the right the right match for you and your skin, you'll want to keep in mind these application tips. As I always stress to you, make sure to start with primer to ensure that the product goes on smoothly and lasts longer. Then, use a hydrating facial spritz
to moisturize the skin and help the minerals to penetrate. I recommend using a round brush to apply
the foundation, going in small circles, as this will ensure instant, yet
minimal coverage. You then should set the makeup with another spritz of facial mist to
finish off the over all product. This can be thought of as a setting spray
