Tip Thursday!

Ladies, so many of us are getting in to this "Ombre" trend, and I must say it is beautiful...when it is done right!  I just wanted to share with you a tip to give to your stylist when getting it done, or for those of you  that insist on doing it at home.

Tease the midshaft of your hair gently where you want the ombre to begin before you color it.  Then paint on the color from half way down the tease through the ends of your hair.  For instance, if you have created a 4 inch tease (which is suggested) then start the color 2 inches in to the tease. The teasing will gather the hair in a bunch and prevent the color from creating a solid bold line of color differentiation.  This will help the strands to just blend casually from dark to light.  Hope this helps beautynistas!  And Happy Thursday!
